5 Point Action Plan to stop child abuse in NZ

Bob McCoskrie of Family First gets a bit of flack sometimes, but his 5 Point Action Plan looks like just about everyone could buy into it.

What ya reckon?

There was a new item I heard on the radio recently about a 3 or 4 year old child in New Zealand who was humg on a washing line, spun around until it flew off, dunked in a cold pool and left crying on a roof. How can anybody do that to a young child? Any action we take that might alleviate the problem of child abuse will be good.
